We handle customs, veterinary and phytosanitary clearance and port administration in Hamburg, Bremerhaven and across the Czech Republic. We run our own offices right inside the German ports and operate around the clock.

Port services
Export registration, ATB number corrections and support during inspections in Hamburg and Bremerhaven. We take over the paperwork the port requires, including onward rail transport.
Customs services
Import, export and T1 transit in the Czech Republic and across five EU countries. AEO certified partner since 2013.
Veterinary clearance
Products of animal origin face veterinary checks on entry into the EU. We have direct access to TRACES NT and cold halls with power supply for reefer containers.
Phytosanitary clearance
Plants, plant products and wooden packaging undergo phytosanitary checks on import. We arrange entry documents, haulage for inspection and storage in approved warehouses.

Průvodní osvědčení A.TR vydaná v Turecku pro zásilky nízké hodnoty v rámci e-commerce
Průvodní osvědčení A.TR pro zásilky nízké hodnoty (do 150,- EUR) v rámci e-commerce je v Turecku vydáváno standardním postupem pro každý přepravní doklad, na který se vztahuje zjednodušené celní prohlášení. Vlastnosti takto vystavených průvodních osvědčení A.TR: - každé osvědčení A.TR nese jedinečné sériové číslo a QR kód umožňující okamžité ověření, - regionální celní ředitelství odpovědné za verifikaci je uvedeno pod sériovým číslem osvědčení, - číslo zjednodušeného celního prohlášení se vždy vkládá do kolonky 12 spolu s digitálním razítkem příslušného celního úřadu, - kolonka 13 je vyplněna a elektronicky podepsána ekonomickým subjektem (poštovním nebo expresním dopravcem schváleným pro zjednodušené celní prohlášení), který zastupuje vývozce uvedeného v kolonce 1, - v kolonce 13 je označení, že dokument byl elektronicky podepsán (E-SIGNED).
Dohoda EU - SADC EPA - kumulace v Mosambiku
Dne 8. září 2026 bylo v Úředním věstníku EU řady C zveřejněno "Oznámení Komise podle čl. 4 odst. 14 protokolu 1 k Dohodě o hospodářském partnerství mezi Evropskou unií a státy SADC EPA o definici pojmu „původní produkty“ a o metodách správní spolupráce - Kumulace v Mosambiku podle čl. 4 odst. 2 a 6 protokolu 1 k dohodě EU–SADC EPA". Dle výše uvedeného oznámení je kumulace možná od 24. července 2026.
Port Service extends Saturday customer service hours
Port Service is extending its sales department hours to Saturday mornings from July 2026. The team is available by phone or email from 8 a.m. to noon. The extension responds to demand from clients who need to arrange customs clearance for an import or export shipment outside the regular working week, typically before a truck departs on Sunday evening or Monday morning. Weekday hours from Monday to Friday stay unchanged; Saturday coverage is an extra option for urgent cases. Contact details for the sales department are on the Contact page.
