We handle customs, veterinary and phytosanitary clearance and port administration in Hamburg, Bremerhaven and across the Czech Republic. We run our own offices right inside the German ports and operate around the clock.

Port services
Export registration, ATB number corrections and support during inspections in Hamburg and Bremerhaven. We take over the paperwork the port requires, including onward rail transport.
Customs services
Import, export and T1 transit in the Czech Republic and across five EU countries. AEO certified partner since 2013.
Veterinary clearance
Products of animal origin face veterinary checks on entry into the EU. We have direct access to TRACES NT and cold halls with power supply for reefer containers.
Phytosanitary clearance
Plants, plant products and wooden packaging undergo phytosanitary checks on import. We arrange entry documents, haulage for inspection and storage in approved warehouses.

Port Service extends Saturday customer service hours
Port Service is extending its sales department hours to Saturday mornings from July 2026. The team is available by phone or email from 8 a.m. to noon. The extension responds to demand from clients who need to arrange customs clearance for an import or export shipment outside the regular working week, typically before a truck departs on Sunday evening or Monday morning. Weekday hours from Monday to Friday stay unchanged; Saturday coverage is an extra option for urgent cases. Contact details for the sales department are on the Contact page.
Celní unie mezi EU a Spojeným královstvím ve vztahu k Gibraltaru
Dne 14. července 2026 byla v Úředním věstníku EU řady L zveřejněna "Dohoda mezi Evropskou unií a Evropským společenstvím pro atomovou energii na jedné straně a Spojeným královstvím Velké Británie a Severního Irska na straně druhé, pokud jde o Gibraltar". Tato dohoda se prozatímně provádí od 15. července 2026.
Zveřejnění delegovaného aktu k problematice vybírání 3 EUR cla a rovněž nové verze otázek a odpovědí
Dne 1. 7. 2026 bylo zveřejněno v Úředním věstníku EU Nařízení Komise v přenesené pravomoci (EU) 2026/1022 ze dne 30. června 2026, kterým se mění nařízení v přenesené pravomoci (EU) 2015/2446, pokud jde o definice, celní prohlášení a datové prvky týkající se dočasného cla ve výši 3 EUR z prodeje na dálku u dováženého zboží v zásilce, jehož vlastní hodnota nepřesahuje 150 EUR. Již dříve bylo zveřejněno v úředním věstníku EU Prováděcí nařízení Komise (EU) 2026/1200 ze dne 5. června 2026, kterým se mění prováděcí nařízení (EU) 2015/2447, pokud jde o prováděcí pravidla pro dočasné clo ve výši 3 EUR z prodeje na dálku u dováženého zboží v zásilce, jehož vlastní hodnota nepřesahuje 150 EUR Evropská Komise rovněž zveřejnila novou verzi Příručky k problematice vybírání 3 EUR cla, která byla aktualizovaná k 30. 6. 2026.
