We cover customs procedures in the Czech Republic and five other EU countries. We handle the declaration, the guarantee, storage of goods and the documents you need for their onward movement.
Temporary customs warehouses in the Czech Republic
We operate a network of 35 temporary customs warehouses across the Czech Republic for storing goods before release.
Simplified procedures and physical inspections
We use our own simplified procedures and electronic communication with the customs administration, and we accompany you during physical customs inspections.
T2L, T2LF and EUR.1 documents
We issue documents proving the customs status of Union goods, namely T2L and T2LF, as well as the EUR.1 movement certificate for the preferential origin of goods.
T1 transit clearance
We arrange T1 transit customs clearance in Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Italy. T1 is the document under which goods travel across the EU without being cleared right away.
Simplified T1 procedures at the terminals
We handle simplified T1 procedures directly at the Antwerp, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Małaszewicze, Bratislava and Trieste terminals.
Export and import in five EU countries
We handle export and import customs clearance in Belgium, Germany, Slovakia, Poland and Italy, including fiscal customs clearance in Germany, where import VAT is declared in the country of destination.

We run the whole process electronically, whether the goods travel within the Czech Republic or transit through a European port. We keep you informed at every step.
Step 01
Inquiry
Send us your shipment through the form or call our specialist line. We discuss the type of goods, the country and the target customs regime.
Step 02
Preparing the documents
We check the documents, determine the tariff classification and prepare the certificates of origin or status of the goods, or the T1 transit document.
Step 03
Filing the declaration or clearance at the terminal
We file the declaration electronically with the customs administration, or handle the simplified procedure directly at the terminal, staying in contact with the authority throughout.
Step 04
Release of goods
Once the goods are released we let you know and hand over the complete customs documents. The shipment can continue to its destination.
