Rail transport and port agency
We organise and clear rail import and export transport in cooperation with rail operators in Germany (Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven) and provide port agency services such as CODIS.
Port services
Telematics is the electronic exchange of data between terminals, carriers and authorities in the port. We handle export registration, the adjustment of transport numbers and the administration around rail transport, which we organise with rail operators in Germany. Our customer portal also includes a lookup for the customs status of a shipment by container number.

What we handle
We cover the administration tied to rail transport and the time goods spend in the port: export registration, adjusting shipment numbers, assistance during inspections and an overview of shipment status.
We organise and clear rail import and export transport in cooperation with rail operators in Germany (Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven) and provide port agency services such as CODIS.
We register exports in the ZAPP, BHT and WHT systems in Germany, C-point in Belgium, TCC in Slovenia and Italy, and CC507 in Poland. In Germany we also issue the ASumA summary export declaration, which combines several items into a single exit document.
We adjust ATB numbers at the Hamburg and Wilhelmshaven terminals. The ATB is a shipment reference number in the port, used to consolidate or split a shipment.
For rail operators we offer a simplified procedure for issuing the T1 transit document from Belgium, Germany, Slovakia and Poland.
We assist during customs inspections in the port, in German Beschau, that is checking the identity of the goods against the documents, as well as during X-ray inspections by the CPA device (Containerprüfanlage).
In the customer portal you enter the container number and look up the current customs status of the shipment.

The EU's highest customs status. We have held it since 2013, and for you it means faster clearance and fewer physical inspections of shipments.
Our processes are certified to ISO 9001. The certificate was issued, and is regularly audited, by Qualiform.
How it works
We take care of the administration around transport and inspections for you. We have a base directly in the German ports and run operations around the clock.
Step 01
You tell us which transport and which port you are dealing with. We discuss registrations, shipment numbers and any expected inspections.
Step 02
We register the export in the correct system for the given country, prepare the documents and adjust the ATB numbers where needed.
Step 03
If a customs or X-ray inspection takes place in the port, we are there and communicate directly with the local authorities.
Step 04
We hand over the completed documents, including the summary export declaration where relevant. You can check the shipment status any time in the customer portal.
