Direct access to TRACES NT
We have direct access to the TRACES NT portal, the EU's official system for electronic entry documents when importing animals, food and plants.
Veterinary clearance
Importing animal products and food of animal origin into the EU is subject to strict veterinary checks. We take care of the clearance in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Antwerp and Trieste, from registering the shipment through the move to inspection to refrigerated storage.

What we handle
We cover veterinary clearance in full: issuing entry documents, the logistics around the inspection and the storage of temperature-sensitive goods.
We have direct access to the TRACES NT portal, the EU's official system for electronic entry documents when importing animals, food and plants.
We issue CHED-A for animals (certificate C640) and CHED-P for animal products and food of animal origin (N853).
We arrange moving the container to the site of the veterinary inspection, sampling, transhipment of goods and storage in authority-approved warehouses.
We offer temporary storage with power for reefer containers and refrigerated halls for perishable goods or goods requiring a specific temperature.
We look at each shipment individually: we advise on the procedure and look for the solution that delays it the least.
We have a direct link to the veterinary authorities in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Trieste and Antwerp. We have ten years of experience with veterinary checks and customs clearance; our customers include some of the largest logistics and transport companies.
After the veterinary inspection we can follow up with further services as needed: the T1 transit document, customs storage or customs clearance.
Certifications
The EU's highest customs status and a certified quality management system. Two credentials that show our paperwork and our processes hold up.
The EU's highest customs status. We have held it since 2013, and for you it means faster clearance and fewer physical inspections of shipments.
Our processes are certified to ISO 9001. The certificate was issued, and is regularly audited, by Qualiform.
How it works
We guide you through the whole process and keep you informed as it progresses. Thanks to a direct link to the port authorities we handle inspections without needless back and forth.
Step 01
You tell us about the shipment you need veterinary clearance for and send copies of the documents. Once agreed, you deliver the originals, for example health certificates and fumigation declarations.
Step 02
We register the shipment with the relevant veterinary authority through the TRACES NT portal.
Step 03
We arrange the inspection slot with the authority and handle the paperwork, including moving the container and any sampling. We keep you informed as it progresses.
Step 04
Once the inspection is successfully completed, we close the administration and hand over the complete documents, including the CHED entry document. The shipment can continue on its way.
